SADDLE WARRANTY

 

Subject matter and duration

Pariani Selle 1903 srl guarantees:

• the product (saddles and accessories – including leather) for a period of 2 years;
• the wooden spring three of the saddles is guaranteed for a period of 5 years

Pariani guarantees its products under normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover parts subject to wear and tear and problems resulting from accidents, improper use, carelessness or use of products unsuitable for the leather. The warranty is automatically void in case of tampering or work carried out by persons not previously authorized by e-mail from Pariani.

In all cases the warranty period starts from the date of purchase. The invoice, receipt or receipt of purchase is authentic.

 

Leather maintenance

All leathers used are strictly full grain. Any signs or slight differences in tone demonstrate the high quality of the materials selected for our creations. The leathers used for the saddles of Pariani are exclusively of Italian production.

By its nature, the leather is sensitive to several external agents such as:

• high or low temperatures
• excessive humidity
• dry climate
• sunlight

 

Exposure of saddles and harnesses to these factors can cause premature aging of the leather and the loss of its aesthetic and technical qualities.

We recommend cleaning and greasing saddles and harnesses frequently in order to best preserve the natural characteristics of the leather and avoid premature wear and tear.

For your own personal safety, we recommend to check the billet straps and, if necessary, replace it. Professional riders are advised to have their saddles checked at least once a year and amateurs checked once every two years.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Defective or non-compliant goods may only be returned with the permission of the parent company. Complaints must be sent by e-mail to sales@pariani.it no later than 15 days.
